Note to Self:
LAY OFF eBAY!!!!
Over the last 2 or 3 days I have been glued to eBay. I have no life, here is what I've been "watching".
The Medela Freestyle Pump
Problem: I am a freak. Seriously, I have already owned the Medela Pump in Style and currently have the Ameda Purely Yours. (Reason for the Problem: When Julia was born I used the hospital pump -- I need a freakin' industrial strength vacuum to compare to that baby.... All the other pumps fall short).
gDiapers
Problem: Nothing. Actually, I am really excited about this and am thinking that we will do the cloth liners during the day, maybe some disposable and/or Huggies at night and when we go out. PERFECT!
Sandra Bonyton Book's for Ms. Julia:
Problem: Julia is going to be a nerd.... but, I'm okay with that.
Also, I am super excited to be planning our fall vacation. I am still a little sad that we aren't going to be able to go out west but.... We are going to STONE MOUNTAIN! It will be awesome. We are excited to take Julia camping and hiking.

I love Sandra Boynton! Dont worry Julia will be in good company.
lol, i think those diapers are way cute! but too brave for my blood. the books on the other hand, reading to your baby is the best thing for them...well after feeding them and actually taking care of their needs, but you know what i mean!
I'm doing the BumGenius cloth diapers. They are one size fits all!
I was totally going to get Julia some Sandra Boynton books when she was born but then I decided against it because I thought you would think it was dorky. My favorite is The Going to Bed Book. I have it memorized. If you don't get them for her now, wait and I'll get her some for Christmas.
You already know that I love the gDiapers. You can double up at night with the cloth inserts and so far, I haven't had a problem. I do still use disposables when we go out, just so much easier in case of a poopie diaper.
I should have gotten a good breast pump when I was nursing, note to (my)self: get a good breast pump if I ever have another kid.
Stone Mountain is freaking awesome. You guys will have a lot of fun!
I love the pump in style! I have to pump and put it in a bottle with rice cereal because SOMEONE spits-up probably 90% of what he eats when I don't. It literally takes maybe five minutes to fill a big bottle.
Cloth diapers are great. We use the bumgenius ones. I intended to use them the whole time with Max, but Brandon was dead set against it. I finally convinced him otherwise when I told him how much disposables would cost for ten kids. Yes, T-E-N. I I kid you not. He wanted them all in ten years, but I don't think that's possible at all. Anyways, they came in the mail a few days ago and they are fantastic. I like the one-size of the bumgenius, the they are all fantastic. It took me a long time to decided which ones to use. Good luck!
UGH I did a bad edit job on my comment. FAIL.
