Easter - Charlotte - Sick?

I've finally figured it out.... you know, the whole "newly wed" holiday situation! I'm impressed with myself!

Dan and I invited our parents to our house for Easter this week. It made our holiday so relaxing! Both our parents made things and brought them to dinner, Dan and I made the rest. People are always amazed when our families "hang out" but Dan and I are grateful. Our parents get along great! After dinner we cleaned up and all played cards together... That's always nice.

Besides Easter being wonderful, life is wonderful. Dan got accepted to UNC Charlotte so we will defiantly be moving this summer. We are both really excited and looking forward to the move and really getting through school together.

Last week was our spring break and we did -- nothing. Dan and I both worked (well, until I got sick). Thursday and Friday I stayed in bed most of the day fighting off whatever it was the my body didn't like. I am feeling much better now but have a lingering cold that is a little annoying.

Anyhow, that's our update for now.

Live Journal Vs. Blogger

I have always had a LJ account, it was the only way I could blog. Attempting to put my thoughts in the world of some unknown territory was terrible, until I realized that LJ wont let you post music... and I love music... So, here I am!

Sorry Wade... and we are only moving because you are, so HA!

It's an update... but, it's boring!

After stalking people on thier blogs for some time now, I've decided to take it upon myself to entertain the world.... or at least a small portion of it!

So here is an over due update....Dan is still working at UPS, I am still a nanny -- and we still never see each other.

I will finish my A.A. at Wake Tech this semester and recently got accepted to UNC Charlotte. Dan and I will definatly be moving in August however, we are still waiting to find out if Dan gets accepted to the school.

Dan teaches the 11 years in Primary and I am with the Mia Maids in Young Women's. They are awesome... and if they put as much energy into the gospel as they did with boys, they'd be on fire.... Alright, the first entry is always -- boring.... but, the ones to come will be better... Much Better! I promise!
